None. There's no fee to talk, no commission when we buy your house directly, and no obligation at any point. A conversation is just a conversation.
What if my house needs work?
Totally fine. We buy houses as-is, in any condition, so you can skip the repairs, cleaning, and staging. Leave what you don't want. Take what you do.
How fast can you close?
If you need speed, we can pay cash and close in as little as a couple of weeks. If you'd rather slow down, we'll go at your pace instead.
